Freddie Boakye

Freddie has been an integral member of the team since joining us as part of his Master's placement in 2023. His consistent dedication across all areas of the company was incredibly valued and made us keen to retain him.


Nikeria Tannis
Community Project Support & Detached Youth Worker
A law graduate and Community Project Support at Diversify, Nikeria, combines legal expertise with creative outreach. She contributes to community initiatives through youth work, legal guidance, and promotional design. She enjoys engaging in creative initiatives such as marketing and designing flyers for Diversify's events. Additionally, she is currently preparing for her Solicitor's Qualifying Exams.

Rickheim Tannis
Community Engagement Support
Rickheim will be helping us deliver impactful youth and sports-based initiatives, bringing fresh energy and insight to the work we do in our community.
We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see the positive difference he’ll make!
Rickheim demonstrates his enthusiasm for sports and aspires to become a performance chef, aligning this goal with his college studies.
Jaden Javangwe
Community Engagement Support Assistant
Jaden has been a dedicated volunteer with us for a long time, bringing passion, experience, and a deep commitment to our mission. In addition to volunteering, Jaden is currently attending college and aspires to become an investment banker.

We’re proud to see him step into this formal role, where he’ll be supporting a wide range of community projects with a special focus on youth and sports initiatives.

Suhaib Elarnaut
Community Engagement Support Assistant
Suhaib initially joined our team as a Community Engagement Support Assistant specifically for the summer break. However, he continues to be a focal part of our team.
Suhaib is an expert in managing private bookings at the Centre and is especially valuable in engaging with our diverse visitors due to his fluency in speaking Arabic.

Studying four A-levels, he remains energetic and enthusiastic in his community role.


Shannon Massala
Community Engagement Support Assistant
Shannon is no stranger to Beechdale, having consistently contributed to project delivery with dedication and energy. Most significantly, Shannon will now formally be supporting the logistics and development of our StrongHer group.

Shannon is a young expert in bid writing and project execution, a passion she has discovered through her work in the office.

Benjamin Frempong
Centre Caretaker

Ben is our dedicated volunteer caretaker, whose gracious support keeps the centre running smoothly. With care and consistency, he looks after the space and ensures every visitor feels welcomed and valued. His commitment plays a vital role in creating a safe, friendly environment for all.


Hawau Jogbojogbo
Project Engagement Lead
We are excited to welcome Hawau as the newest addition to our team! Hawau will be supporting our project engagement work, which is funded by the Parkinson's Innovation Fund.
